Have you been to some of our talks and courses and now want more structure?
Is 2019 your year for spiritual development?
On March 6th we introduce our much-anticipated Universal Compassion study program. Gen Dornying will be here in Darwin every week helping us transform our normal daily life into a spiritual journey to increasing levels of peace and happiness.
This introductory talk will launch you into a program of teachings and meditations with lots of opportunity for discussion and questions.
Gen Dornying will explain how to train the mind through meditation and Buddhism, and how to integrate your training at home, at work and while enjoying yourself. He will also teach the simple but powerful techniques for transforming difficulties.
Don’t miss this special introductory talk on March 6th.
The teacher of the Foundation Program is Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Dornying. Gen Dornying is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia located in Melbourne and has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 15 years. He teaches all over Australia and is well loved for his sincerity, warmth and humility.
