In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. These classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes consist of guided meditations, teachings and there is the opportunity to ask questions at the end.

Everyone is welcome. Drop in any week. Class fee: $6

The Power of Positive Thinking: Discover the power of your mind to shape your world. Use meditation and positive thinking techniques to create a life of confidence and happiness.

Mindfulness: Discover the natural peace and stillness of your own mind. Overcome negative and distracting thoughts through the practice of mindfulness and meditation.
