In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. These classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes consist of guided meditations, teachings and there is the opportunity to ask questions at the end.

Everyone is welcome. Drop in any week. Class fee: $6

Mindfulness: Discover the natural peace and stillness of your own mind. Overcome negative and distracting thoughts through the practice of mindfulness and meditation.

The Science of Happiness: Discover the Buddhist psychology for controlling the mind. Learn scientific methods for developing inner peace and enjoying true happiness by developing the capacity of your mind.

Overcoming Anxiety: Learn how to identify and remove the causes of anxiety and worry. Discover simple meditations that will help you keep a calm and flexible mind throughout your day.
