Everyone has within them their own power to be happy, but very few people understand how to access this potential. As a result, our lives can quickly become a daily grind that gives few results and no real meaning.

This March, join Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Dornying to learn the timeless methods for enjoying daily happiness. By applying these methods to our busy modern life, we will enjoy the peace of mind we long for and become a source of inspiration for everyone we meet.

This course is a part of a program of live classes starting in Darwin in 2019, and will include additional courses such as Breaking Bad Habits and Love Without Pain.
