Sunday 29 October – 10am-4.30pm

When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations we tend to regard the situation itself as the problem. But if we learn to maintain a peaceful mind, we can be happy all the time regardless of our circumstances.

On this day course we will learn Buddhist techniques to help us respond to difficulties with a positive mind. In this way we will be able to accept painful feelings, overcome minds such as anger and frustration and discover true inner peace.

The Teacher

The teacher of this course is Kelsang Tara, a Buddhist nun from Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia, located in Melbourne. She has dedicated her life to helping people integrate Buddha’s life-changing instructions into their busy modern lives and exemplifies the Buddhist way of loving kindness.
